The IP67 rated splash-proof intuitive indicator cover are designed to seal the front of all the intuitive2 (INT2) and intuitive4 (INT4) digital indicators delivering a dust-tight and immersion proof protection up to 1m. This low cost and robust cover will also fit most other manufacturers 1/8 DIN size panel meters.
The window and the frame are constructed from a high impact resistant material and corrosion resistant material ensuring a longer life. Plus, thanks to the covers special anti-scuff treatment clear and scratch resistant viewing can be guaranteed.
For added protection, the female threaded sections are constructed from marine brass and are moulded deep into the frame itself. What’s more, to ensure its high sealing protection the highly flexible and resilient neoprene gaskets are also firmly bonded to the inner and outer faces of the frame,
The panel cut out is the standard size for the intuitive indicators so no adjustments are needed to the panel meter to fit the cover. Plus, the cover can be easily removed to allow adjustments to the panel meters using the two knurled captive screws at the side. The screws resist accidental front or side impact and when in place hold the cover securely to the panel meter.
The splash-proof intuitive indicator cover can be retrofitted on existing intuitive installations or can also be bought and fitted at the time of ordering for new systems.
