AML/SGD High Accuracy Strain Gauge Displacement Sensor

The AML/SGD series of strain gauge-based displacement sensors is designed for applications where very high accuracy and stability are required and offers:

  • Ranges from 0-5mm up to 0-100mm
  • IP54 Environmental Protection
  • mV/V output from 350ohm strain gauge bridge
  • Spring Loaded Configuration
  • Ø17.4mm Stainless Steel Body (Ø25.4mm on 100mm version)
  • Accuracy ±0.1%/stroke range (±0.2% on 100mm version)

The AML/E series of standard LVDTs is designed for use in general purpose laboratory, R&D and light industrial applications and offers:

  • Ranges from 0-1mm (±0.5mm) up to 0-1000mm (±500mm)
  • IP54 Environmental Protection
  • mV/V AC output or DC input/DC output (0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, ±2.5Vdc or 4-20mA available)
  • Plain Core, Guided & Un-Guided Core + Extension Rod, Spring Loaded and Rod-End Bearing Configurations
  • Ø20.6mm Stainless Steel Body
  • Accuracy ±0.5%/stroke range

The AML/IE series of industrial LVDTs is design for tough applications including heavy industrial, paper manufacturing and all types of dirty, wet or fully-submerged application and offers:

  • Ranges from 0-1mm (±0.5mm) up to 0-1000mm (±500mm)
  • IP65 Environmental Protection (IP68 optional)
  • mV/V AC otuput or DC input/DC output (0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc, ±2.5Vdc or 4-20mA available)

The AML/M series of miniature LVDTs is design for integration into space-constrained applications including mail sorting machines, benchtop presses and scale models and offers:

  • Ranges from 0-0.5mm (±0.25mm) up to 0-100mm (±50mm)
  • IP40 Environmental Protection
  • mV/V AC otuput or DC input/DC output (0-5Vdc, 0-10Vdc or 4-20mA available using in-line signal conditioner)
