The Intuitive4-L is a 6-digit LED strain gauge digital indicator for strain gauge displacement sensors and is the latest version of the Intuitive2 series.
It is directly compatible with the existing Intuitive2 series and has the same front panel design, dimensions and connections as the Intuitive2 series enabling an easy changeover to the new improved Intuitive4 series.
The new Intuitive4-L strain gauge panel meter delivers superior accuracy thanks to its 10 point linearisation and coupled with its 20-bit A/D converter promises a highly stable strain gauge excitation supply, to guarantee high resolution and stability.
It utilises modular construction, enabling it to be configured with the exact functionality required for your application. The new Intuitive4 series has a single layer menu for fast and simple setup and features improved load cell and process filtering.
Options available include voltage or current analogue outputs, 2 or 4 alarm relays and a serial data output in one of several formats including RS232, RS485 and Ethernet.
The intuitive4-L strain gauge digital indicator can be provided with optional low cost SPC4: IP67 Splash-Proof Cover for immersion protection up to 1 metre or a PCC portable desktop enclosure supplied fully wired and ready to use (see gallery images).
For a low cost version try our low cost Intuitive-Lite4-L panel meter for strain gauge displacement sensors which still offers superior accuracy and high precision but without all the additional plug-in options.
