Product Description
This high-performance LVDT signal conditioner is designed for use with all AC LVDT displacement transducers to convert their output signal to a conditioned analogue voltage or current. There are two versions of the LVDT signal conditioner available; the LVDT/A which requires 110/240Vac and the LVDT/D which requires an 18-24 Volts DC.
The LVDT signal conditioner provides a sinusoidal excitation of 4.5Vrms with selectable frequencies from 1kHz up to 5kHz to ensure compatibility with LVDTs from a wide range of suppliers. LVDT output sensitivities from 20 millivolts and 10 volts can be catered for with zero and span adjustments made via fine potentiometers.
The LVDT signal conditioner’s frequency response is DC to 200Hz, in addition, there is a low pass filter to reduce high-frequency fluctuations and external electrical noise effects.
